DUBAI - UAE - 10 March 2016 - The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East ("ELC ME FZE"), has been officially recognized as one of the 'Top Companies to Work for in the UAE' in 2016, by Great Place to Work Institute® UAE. The Company was ranked fifth out of a shortlist of twenty UAE based entities. The official list, which was announced during an awards ceremony on 8 March at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel in Dubai, is a ranking of the nation's 20 best employers based on the confidential feedback of employees and an audit of management practices. This is The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East's third year of participation in the program, with an improvement in its ranking witnessed in each year.
