Nearing first phase completion this year and reaching multiple project milestones, Saraya Aqaba, managed by real estate investment and development company Eagle Hills Jordan, recently opened its fourth mock-up unit for public viewing, allowing potential buyers to get an extended first-hand look at the lifestyle on offer at the refined, luxurious mixed-use tourism and leisure destination on the shore of the idyllic Gulf of Aqaba.

The mock-up unit, a 365.45-sqm, three-floor villa in the Al Bulbul Villas neighbourhood is located on the western side of Saraya Aqaba and is representative of the one-of-a-kind experience offered to guests and residents at Saraya Aqaba. The unit features en suite bathrooms, maid and driver rooms, and a diwan on the roof with a large terrace overlooking the picturesque views of the neighbourhood’s common areas.
