Further Extends Its Commitment to the Region
Dubai, April 07, 2008 -Metabo Germany, a global power tools specialist, has further extended its commitment to the United Arab Emirates with the unveiling of its latest generation of power tools including a line of angle grinders, rotary hammers, sanders and chop saw. Metabo is supported by Sedana Trading Company as the exclusive distributor-partner for their power tools catering to individuals and industry professionals in the UAE.
As part of Metabo's regional product launch to current and potential partners and customers, the power tool specialists kicked off with an initial event in Doha, Qatar, recently introducing new products at a gala event in conjunction with their local partner in Qatar Gulf Incon Company. This event was followed by one in Abu Dhabi on April 1st and Dubai hosting Metabo's third event on April 8th.

Metabo is replacing its compact class angle grinder range with 12 new models offering ergonomic designs and even more power. Of the many new features the range will offer safety switches to protect users, innovative air flow concept and sophisticated dust protection technology, the unique feature of a mechanical disc brake all coupled with Metabo's robust long life Marathon Motor.
The new generation of Metabo large rotary hammers keeps user safety and comfort squarely in mind with vibration damping on the main handle plus the Metabo VibraTech (MVT) system on the side handle. The long, slim design also helps ensure correct working posture. The MHE 56 and KHE 56 are paired with two specialist tools, the KHE 96 and MHE 96, some the best in their class, each with 27 joules of single-blow energy.
The new Metabo disc sander the SXE 450 TurboTec comes in die-cast aluminum flange for longer service life and offers the integrated "Intec" dust extraction now as standard.
The CS 23-355 metal chop saw offers lightweight transport coupled with powerful performance. With angle cut and undercut capabilities and the ergonomic "D-handle" providing comfortable operation tied together with the quality and durability the Metabo name has come to be known for, the CS 23-355 has set a new benchmark in the industry.
