DOHA: An HSBC Premier customer has won a trip to Malaysia in a draw held by the bank recently.
As part of the re-launch of its Premier service, HSBC conducted a survey among its customers who shared information about their hobbies, preferred type of entertainment, likes and dislikes. All the customers who responded were entered into a draw to win a fabulous holiday package to a destination of their choice.
The draw took place in October in the presence of an official from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. Mohammed Ishtiaque Patni, the lucky winner was traveling at the time, so he received his prize recently. He has opted for a trip to Malaysia.
"The purpose of the survey was to understand the lifestyle choices of our Premier customers so that we can target our event and marketing activities to cater to the various choices of our customers," said Gita Menon, Senior Manager, Premier.
HSBC Premier is targeted towards international customers. The Premier proposition includes connecting to your home Relationship Manager, or call centre, use of the Premier lounge, advice on the local area by a local manager, and emergency services such as cash encashment and next day credit card replacement.
