Hamedan, Nov 7, IRNA - The first Hamedan martyrs congress kicked off its work here on Saturday evening by a message of Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei.
In the message on a video clip, the supreme leader appreciated works of congress organizers.
He also refferred to Hamedan people gathering around 25 years ago, when the supreme leader was president of the republic, for a voluntary participation in the imposed war of Iraq against Iran.
The supreme leader addressed the organizers of the congress and said that content of the work should be deep and effective with a spiritual dimension.
