COPENHAGEN, April 3 (Reuters) - Danish brewer Carlsberg A/S CARLb.CO said on Thursday:

* Has entered into an agreement to acquire 51 percent of Zatecky Pivovar in the Czech Republic. The brewery has a production capacity of 0.2m hl.

* Adds the Czech brand Zatec beer to its portfolio
