استحوذت الشركة المتحدة للخدمات الإعلامية على مجموعة دى ميديا الإعلامية، المالكة لقنوات دى إم سى، وتم إعلان تامر مرسى رئيساً لمجلس إدارة الشركة.
وأعلن تامر مرسى، أنه بدأ العمل الآن على إعادة هيكلة القنوات الفضائية فى المجموعة من أجل النهوض بالرسالة الإعلامية ورسم مستقبل أفضل للإعلام، ليكون شريكاً في التنمية.
والشركة المتحدة هى المالكة لمجموعة إعلام المصريين، مالكة قنوات “أون والحياة”، وصاحبة الحصة الحاكمة فى قنوات “سى بى سى”.
