أعلنت وزيرة الطاقة والمياه، ندى بستاني، أمس، الانتقال من المراحل التحضيرية لعمليات الاستكشاف بالبحر اللبناني إلى مرحلة التنفيذ والبدء بمسح البيئة البحرية وتنوعها البيولوجي في البلوكين البحريين 4 و9.
ومن على متن الباخرة «جانوس2» في مرفأ بيروت، لفتت بستاني إلى أن «شركات البترول تعتمد مرفأ بيروت قاعدةً بحريةً لوجيستيةً طوال فترة الاستكشاف»، وقالت: «سنطلب قريباً من الحكومة الموافقة على إطلاق دورة التراخيص الثانية في المياه الإقليمية اللبنانية»، كما لفتت إلى «أننا سنبحث اليوم (الخميس) في مجلس الوزراء قانون التنقيب عن البترول في البرّ».
