توقع الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة الدار العقارية الإماراتية، طلال الذيابي، في حديث خاص لـ CNBCعربية أن تبلغ استحواذات الشركة أكثر من مليار درهم خلال العامين القادمين بعد استكمال الاستحواذ على أصول من شركة الاتحاد للطيران بقيمة 1.2 مليار درهم، كما أوضح الذيابي أن الدار العقارية حققت مبيعات بقيمة ملياري درهم في آخر 6 أشهر بدعم من المبادرات الحكومية المتمثلة بالتأشيرات طويلة المدى بالإضافة الى السماح للأجانب بالتملك العقاري في إمارة أبوظبي .
وكانت الشركة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن انخفاض أرباحها الصافية بنسبة 17% إلى 553 مليون درهم في فترة الربع الأول من عام 2019.
