Prior to joining Emirates NBD, Edward served as senior commodities analyst—covering energy, metals and agricultural markets—and as a Middle East economist for a leading independent economics consultancy in both Hong Kong and London. He is a regular speaker at energy events in the region and frequently sought out for commentary on market developments. Edward holds a Master's Degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto and the IMC awarded by the CFA Society of the UK.
