Bahrain's Eskan Bank received seven bid submissions for the Request for Proposals (RFP) tender issued for providing detailed design and supervision consultancy services for its Danaat Al-Seef II project, according to information posted on the Bahrain tender board website in April.

Syrconsult SPC submitted the lowest bid at 118,444 Bahraini Dinars ($313,677), while ETEC Bahrain submitted the highest bid at 385,085 dinars ($1.02 million), the tender board's post said.

Other bidders included Consolidated Engineering Company -Khatib and Alami (335,760 dinars); The Arab Architects (328,380 dinars); Mazen Alumran Consulting Engineers (320,460 dinars and 298,500 dinars); Phoenix Engineering Services (259,320 dinars) and Millet International Architecture Engineering (231,500 dinars and 156,120 dinars).

The 3,264 square metre (sqm) mixed-use project would feature commercial, retail and residential components with total buildup area of approximately 42,560 sqm, Zawya Projects had reported in November last year.
