Sharjah: Tilal Properties, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management and Eskan Real Estate Development, announced its participation in the Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2019, which is scheduled to be held from April 16-18 at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

During the three-day exhibition, Tilal Properties will be showcasing Tilal City – a mixed-use project touted as ‘New Sharjah’. The AED2 billion project is Sharjah’s first master-planned community that will host around 65,000 residents once completed.

H.E. Khalifa Al Shaibani, Director-General of Tilal Properties, mentioning the importance of participating in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, said that it is one of the largest real estate exhibitions in the UAE and the company expects to generate a lot of business interest in Tilal City during the property exhibition in the Capital.

Al Shaibani said, “The 13th edition of the event is expected to attract more than 15,000 buyers and investors from around the world. Keeping all this in mind, we decided to showcase Tilal city’ mega real estate project, which is another city within the Emirate of Sharjah.”

He added that the work has been started and will be completed within three months to link Tilal City with key exits and entries on the Emirates Road.

Tilal Properties will offer a range of exclusive plots in Tilal City at competitive prices starting from AED100 per sq ft for land plots of 10,000 sq ft at the exhibition. The company will also offer a flexible payment plans (up to 4 years) and land finance arrangement with the Sharjah Islamic Bank.

As per the Sharjah government's latest legislation allows foreign investors as non-residence to buy property in Tilal City. The plots in the project are open to all nationalities. Also, it is not mandatory for buyers to be present in the emirate for the deal.

Tilal City offers an excellent opportunity to people of every age who prefer safe investment and secure return.

The master plan of the 25 million sqft Tilal City aims to develop a sustainable urban community, including residential buildings, villas and homes with green spaces and corridors.

The project’s Tilal Mall, upon completion, will be one of the largest fully-serviced business centre in the Emirate of Sharjah with an estimated gross area of two million square feet. Business owners will be able to make use of its prime location and advanced infrastructure.

Located on Emirates Road (E611) with Sharjah International Airport just 10km away and the border of Dubai within 2km, Tilal City’s land plots are ideal opportunities for residential and commercial plots.
