Abu Dhabi, UAE - Senaat, one of the leading industrial holding companies in the UAE, reinforces its commitment to developing its Emirati human capital through introducing Tamkeen National Development Programme, another ILM accredited training course tailored for entry-level UAE national employees.

Senaat has partnered with Alliance, a specialised human performance development firm, to provide entry-level employees with access to practical training and know-how that is typically acquired over time on the job. Tamkeen will be joined by 25 young Emiratis from Senaat and its portfolio companies including Emirates Steel, NPCC, and Al Foah. The 18-month programme is designed to empower the new employees and equip them with the skill sets necessary for success in today's business world.

Eng. Jamal Salem Al Dhaheri, Acting CEO of Senaat, said: "Our human capital is our most valuable asset, and as such we are happy to be extending our extensive portfolio of professional development programmes to our entry-level employees, as they join our journey towards furthering the social and economic development of our nation."

Eng. Aqeel Madhi, NPCC CEO said: "Empowering UAE Nationals in NPCC is one of the core values in all our development programs. We will continue to work hard to equip our UAE Nationals with the skills required to support their continuous growth and enable them to play ever more critical roles in the development of our country."

Our on-going investment in the training and development of young Emiratis is a vital component in this endeavour as we are committed to retaining the best talent for our group, and contributing to the long-term vision of Abu Dhabi and the UAE through cultivating a workforce with the necessary skills to succeed for this modern business climate. Initiatives such as Tamkeen Professional Development Programme are essential in enabling Senaat to realise this vision.
