ABU DHABI- The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, ADJD, has signed an agreement with Burjeel Hospital on the establishment of an emergency and first aid clinic, which will provide prompt medical assistance and advice to the ADJD’s staff and customers by a specialised medical team, throughout the working hours of the department's headquarters.

The agreement was signed by Yousuf Saeed Al Ebrai, Under-Secretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, and Dr. Shamsheer Fayalil, CEO and Managing Director of the VPS Healthcare Group, Burjeel Hospital, in the presence of Imran Al Khouri, Head of Business Development. Speaking on the occasion, Al Ebri confirmed that the signing of the agreement is part of the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Judicial Department in Abu Dhabi, to provide quality services that reflect on quality performance.

He pointed out that the ADJD is keen to provide an integrated package of services both to the ADJD’s employees to achieve the highest standards of welfare, and for the customers to ensure the efficiency and the easily access to the services in accordance with the world-class standards. For his part, Ahmed Marzouki, Director of Internal Support and Operations Sector at the Judicial Department, said that the establishment of an emergency and first aid clinic at the department's headquarters is a continuation of the additional service system, which includes the integrated service complex to complete the transactions of telecommunications and tourism and travel companies, passports, identity and many others.

He added, "The clinic, which will be established in accordance with a five-year agreement, provides qualitative services to maintain the safety and health of ADJD’s employees and customers, by providing them with the necessary medical assistance and advice urgently by a specialised medical team."
