Under the renewed partnership with Chef Mauro Colagreco, the popular Beach Bar & Grill now has a new lease of life. Inspired by the relaxed alfresco lifestyle of Argentina, its refreshed, smart-casual setting on the Dubai Marina coastline is perfect for beachside lunches and starlit nights.

This calming, city-meets-beach favourite truly reflects the surrounding environment, with teakwood terraces, thick tabletops crafted from slabs of natural wood, sand-coloured suede furnishings, turquoise and sea-green décor, and art deco accents. Whether you sit inside in one of two dining areas or outside on the open terraces, you’ll feel instantly at ease savouring a ceviche in the midday sun or sipping a crisp wine at sunset, against the backdrop of Dubai’s striking, ever-changing skyline.

The 72-seat indoor dining area is encased in floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the restaurant an airy ambience and allowing for unobstructed views of the resort, the new Dubai Harbour marina, Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters. Whitewash parquet flooring creates a seamless blend between indoors and out, where four teakwood terraces offer seating for 124 guests, right on the edge of the shore.

At the heart of the restaurant is an open kitchen, allowing guests to engage with the team of chefs as they expertly grill over the Argentine wood-fired parilla. Of the traditional Argentine technique, Chef Mauro adds, “Cooking over fire and embers is the fierce and primal style of cuisine I’ve known since my childhood in Argentina.”

The Beach Bar and Grill’s newly devised lunch and dinner menus showcase traditional South American flavours with the finest seafood, prime meats and in-season ingredients. With unique flavour combinations, vibrant flourishes and authentic sauces, each dish is innovative in taste and presentation.

The sociable menus encourage sharing, with starters such as tender chargrilled octopus, golden empanadas, and light ceviches and crudos, followed by grilled fish, prawns and wood-fired meats straight of the parilla. To finish, stunning South American-inspired desserts include the white chocolate mousse with passionfruit sorbet, a rich dark chocolate tart, and the dulce de leche flan.
