Riyadh –   The Saudi National Water Company (NWC), represented by the General Directorate for Water Services in Baha, has implemented and operated two water services projects in Baha.

Valued at SAR 43 million, the first project is a purification plant built in Baljurashi governorate at a capacity of 15,000 cubic meters per day to serve 60,000 customers, according to a statement on Monday.

The NWC further built 58 kilometres of water networks and 451 domestic connections in nine districts for SAR 14 million, serving more than 3,000 customers.

Moreover, the water company is implementing two other projects in Baha in a bid to support its water system, enhance water security, achieve water sustainability, and improve the quality of services provided.

These two projects, which are part of the national transformation initiatives, are valued at SAR 10 million and SAR 37 million, respectively, according to the statement.
