Riyadh – The Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company on Wednesday announced the appointment of Yusry bin Abdulhamid Al Bishri as its new CEO, as of 17 April 2020, according to a bourse statement.

Moreover, the board has decided to name Fahd bin Mohamed Al Dawoud as the chairman and Suliman Abdulaziz Al Zaben as deputy chairman, succeeding Badr Suliman Al Solai, according to a separate disclosure to Tadawul on Wednesday.

Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Kharashi has also been appointed as a new independent board member.

It is noteworthy that the said appointments will be subject to the next ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) approval.
