Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) has signed an agreement with global energy group Engie in providing low-carbon energy services to enable the Fund's employees to join the French company's knowledge-exchange training programme for 2022.

The agreement aims to provide new insights and knowledge, enhance individual capabilities and advance their professional lives, by enhancing ways of professionalism development in a way that contributes to meeting the requirements of the labor market.

In 2022, the programme will provide the Fund's employees with the opportunity to work with the most prominent experts at Engie for a period of six months at the company's headquarters in Paris.

SDIF said the agreement comes after the successful experience of the Fund's employees in the training programme in 2021, which played a major role in their gaining experience in the field of business development, commercial activities and project implementation.

This agreement comes within the framework of the Industrial Funds endeavor to find and provide training opportunities to transfer knowledge and experiences to its employees, which contributes to enhancing the career path and gaining practical experience, which the Fund has been doing since its establishment, as it pays great attention to training and qualifying its employees with training and practical programmes, it added.
