Dubai -- Saudi Hollandi Bank (SHB) received the awards for Best Retail Bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Best Customer Relationship Management in the Middle East for 2015 in The Asian Banker's Excellence in Retail Financial Service Program.  The awards were given during The Asian Banker's 3rd Annual Middle East and Africa Awards Ceremony held on April 20th 2016 at the Ritz Carlton, DIFC, Dubai.

SHB added various benefits to the bundle of services and rewards offered to customers, including the Tedallal Rewards Program and the most powerful Alfursan Credit Card ever.

The Tedallal Rewards Program is the most comprehensive of its kind in Saudi Arabia as it offers reward points both for usage of bank products and each  time a customer interacts with the bank. This includes transactions, current account balances, credit cards and mobile and internet banking usage. Points can be redeemed through numerous participating merchants including dining and retail outlets. SHB also introduced the most powerful Alfursan Credit Card proposition in the market, enabling customers to earn fast track air miles on card usage, a 0% balance transfer facility, and free flights to Dubai.

The bank was recognized for its new Loyalty Management platform and CRM system that provides a 360-degree view of the customer. The system rewards customers for a range of products and interactions, and engages digitally via social media and online and mobile platforms.
