Following the announcement made by the Government of Jordan, Airport International Group confirms that Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) has resumed international operations as of Tuesday 8 September. Accordingly, Fly Jordan, Jordan Aviation, Turkish Airlines and Fly Dubai have recommenced their activities with QAIA, carrying passengers from Istanbul during the first two days, while two other flights are scheduled to arrive from Istanbul and Dubai later today.

In preparation, several preventive measures were introduced to protect passengers and employees alike from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic - in line with stringent national and international health and safety standards and as approved by the Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission. To ensure the resumption of international flights under optimal conditions, strict compliance with preventive measures - including physical distancing- are mandatory while on QAIA premises.

For the latest travel procedures to and from Jordan and the updated list of country classifications, please refer to the Ministry of Health and Visit Jordan websites.

Updates and announcements will also be available via the QAIA website and social media channels, as well as via the QAIA Call Center at 06-500-2777.
