Kuwait’s Combined Group Contracting Company has won a government contract for sewage network maintenance with a value of 3.3 million Kuwaiti dinars ($10 million). 

In a statement on the local bourse on Monday, the Company said the project involves “improvement and maintenance” of the sewage networks in Jahra and Al-Farawaniyah Governorates. 

The project, awarded by the Public Works Ministry, is expected to be completed with 730 days, the Company said. 

“The Company expects to achieve good financial results during the period of the project,” it added. 

The firm’s balance sheets showed it rebounded into profits of 6.048 million dinars ($19.9 million) in the first 9 months of 2021 against a loss of 6.879 million dinars ($22.7 million) in the same period of 2020.
