SINGAPORE- Middle East crude benchmarks Oman and Dubai inched up on Monday as the February-loading cycle approaches its end and amid a holiday season slowdown.

China has raised quotas for refined fuel export volumes by 5.4% year on year in its first batch of 2021 to seven firms, including a private refiner, according to a state-run energy exchange's blog and one of the recipient companies.

Iraq aims to increase crude oil export capacity from its southern ports to 6 million barrels per day from the current 3.5 million, Karim Hattab, deputy oil minister for distribution affairs, said in a statement. 

Moscow and Minsk have agreed on the terms of Russian oil deliveries for 2021, four industry sources told Reuters on Friday, averting a repeat of supply disruptions seen in previous years. 

China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC), the country's biggest oil and gas producer, said on Monday that oil and gas output at its Changqing field rose to a record in 2020 of more than 60 million tonnes of oil equivalent.
