KUWAIT CITY - Ministry of Communications has suspended the local telegram service for sending condolences and congratulations, reports Al- Qabas daily quoting a reliable source.

He explained that the service has been temporarily suspended until further notice due to lack of demand for this service.

Also, the work of a company contracting with the postal sector has been suspended due to lack of distributors. The postal sector will continue to provide its services to the public without any obstacles.

The process of distribution and sorting will continue smoothly without any disruption. The sector has allocated additional vehicles to transfer the packages to various post offices.

The source revealed that the teamwork and the increased number of workers have boosted the work speed due to which the postal crisis has been overcome, adding that the officials of the sector developed a perfect strategy to facilitate the work during the postal crisis.
