ArabFinance: GB Auto (AUTO) achieved a consolidated net profit of EGP 1.25 billion during the first nine months of 2021, a 57.4% higher when compared to EGP 794.7 million in the same period of 2020, according to the companys filing to the Egyptian Exchange.

The companys revenues recorded EGP 22.39 billion during the January-September period of 2021, compared to EGP 16.1 billion in the corresponding period a year ago.

As regards standalone business, the company suffered EGP 1.16 million in losses by the end of September, compared to EGP 7.41 million in September 2020.

During the first half of 2021, the listed company reported a net profit after tax and non-controlling interest of EGP 673.1 million.

GB Auto is an Egypt-based automotive company, which operates in trading, distributing, and marketing of all transportation means, including heavy trucks, semi-trucks, passenger cars, buses, agriculture tractors, and pick-ups.
