Cairo – There will be four company listings on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) before the end of 2021, Vice Minister of Finance for Fiscal Policies and Institutional Reform, Ahmed Kouchouk, stated on Monday during the second day of the 7th CEOs Thoughts Conference.

In November, Egypt’s Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, said the government would list the shares of up to six companies on the EGX this month.

Minister of Finance, Mohamed Maait, earlier noted that the government listing programme would include a new company as part of shifting to the private sector.
