Abu Dhabi: Emirates College of Technology has reached a significant milestone with national accreditation for its management, health and medical sciences and media programs, from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Dr. Abdul-Rahim Sabouni, President of Emirates College of Technology says the prestigious accreditation serves to validate the efforts that faculty, staff and students have made in advancing the undergraduate and diploma programs.

“Accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Jordan demonstrates that our program has clearly defined objectives and that we constantly check to be sure that we are meeting those objectives,” commented Dr. Sabouni. “It’s the gold standard for accreditation and is seen throughout the region as an important measure of program quality.”

He added, “We are delighted to receive this recognition. It ensures employers that our graduates meet the high standards of quality necessary to enter the work force. We are proud to lead the way for academia that integrates the culture of leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity across all fields”.

“I would like to emphasize that the administrative body will remain the focus of our attention, and we will continue to support and build its capabilities to achieve the best management practices with the addition of developing the university’s mission, vision, goals, structure and absorptive capacity,” concluded Dr. Sabouni.
