The tender had closed on Dec. 11 with price offers having to remain valid up to Dec. 13. No reason for the cancellation was given, traders said.

One consignment of 50,000 tonnes and one of 30,000 tonnes were sought for arrival in the second half of January, 2022. Another consignment of 50,000 tonnes plus one of 30,000 tonnes was sought for arrival in the first half of February, 2022.
