Manama, Bahrain: Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the appointment of CCT, as the main contractor of Al Naseem project. CCT will be managing several aspects of the project which is scheduled to be completed by Q3 of 2021.

As part of the agreement, CCT will manage the phase 1 construction of the villas overlooking the main canal, as well as building of the secondary infrastructure such as: paving roads, street lighting, rainwater drainage, sewage work and treated sewage effluent, and obtaining wired and wireless telecommunications network. In addition, they will also conduct marine works such as digging canals, the construction of sidewalk walls, locking gates, among other construction work.

The agreement took place during a signing ceremony attended by Eng. Ahmed Alammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq and Mr. Ashraf Obeid, Chief Executive Officer of CCT. The signing was held on Tuesday 5th of November at Diyar Al Muharraq headquarters, in the presence of representatives from both companies.

Commenting on this agreement, CEO of Diyar Al Muharraq Eng. The ‘Al Naseem’ project was launched in late 2018, and spans an area of 328, 000 square meters with 3.2 kilometers of stunning waterfront views overlooking outer and inner canals which flow across the development. The project includes over 300 villas overlooking the canal with the possibility of adding a private boat deck for each villa, as well as 500 adjacent apartments distributed across residential buildings equipped with the latest facilities and services. The project and also includes a cinema, sports club with distinctive facilities, a lively seafront promenade with shopping outlets and fine dining restaurants and cafes. In addition, the project also includes a marina and investment lands for 6-storey residential buildings.
