Helmy will lead growth in the region using Cylance’s award-winning artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies.

Helmy brings 20 years of rich experience in IT technical and business management with particular expertise in information security, networking, telecommunications, and mobility. He comes to Cylance from IBM’s internet security systems division; he also held leadership roles in HP’s enterprise group and MobileIron.

In addition to Helmy, Cylance also welcomes Jamal Al-Nabulsi as regional partner manager and Sameh Sabry as solutions architect. Al-Nabulsi brings extensive sales and channel experience from his more than 15 years with leading global organisations such as HP, Cisco, and FireEye; Sabry is an awarding-winning information security executive named as one of the region’s foremost technical decision makers.

The Cylance META team is based in Dubai and will support organizations in the region with on-premise and cloud hybrid  solutions ideal for customers evaluating next-generation alternatives to their existing endpoint security products.
