Abdul Mohsen AlHokair Group for Tourism and Development said it will launch four hotels through its partnership with the contractual 'Carlson Rezidor' Group, three of them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the fourth one in the United Arab Emirates.

The group said in a statement today that among the new hotel is 'Park Inn by Radisson, first Barsha in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates owned by a party related to (Abdul Mohsen Abdul Aziz AlHokair Group for Operation and Maintenance) that contains 102 rooms and suites and it is expected to open in 2017, in addition to the three hotels in the Kingdom including Park Inn by Radisson in Jubail Industrial City, which will include 156 rooms and suites and it is expected to open in 2018; Hotel Park Inn by Radisson Corniche in Al-Jubail in existence for (Golden Tulip Jubail Hotel) Group to be renovated and transformed to contain 69 rooms and suites and it is expected to open in 2016; and Radisson Blue Hotel AlKhobar AlRaka which will contain 150 rooms and suites and it is expected to open in 2018.

The Group also said it will announce any significant developments related to these hotels and their impact on the Group's operations and profits as they become available, and the contract with the relevant party will also be submitted to the next first General Assembly meeting for approval.
