UAE, Dubai: Legal disputes can take place anywhere at any time, however, managing it can be a challenging process, particularly when it comes to the law. AXA Gulf, one of the largest international insurers in the GCC, is launching a free legal advice service for all AXA Gulf home insurance customers to provide guidance and counsel for rental and labor disputes they may confront. The service will provide expert advice from experienced lawyers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in both English and Arabic.

Stefan Schrey, head of claims at AXA Gulf, said, “The UAE is recognized as one of the most diverse nations on earth, with such a large expatriate population, the chances that customers are unfamiliar with the legal formalities of the UAE is exceptionally high. As a progressive insurer we are committed to being more than a payer of claims and are focused on developing long-term trusted partnerships with our customers. We want to empower our customers, informing them of their rights and privileges. The new service gives customers the tools and support necessary to assist them in making important life-changing decisions.”

The new legal service is available via a dedicated helpline and will offer guidance and insight on topics including rental and employment contracts.

Stefan Schrey, added “We’ve seen many customers struggle to resolve their legal matters and we want to support and guide them. When engaging in a legal dispute, the first step for any customer is to consult lawyer before taking any legal action, which is what this new service offers.”
