Background

Dubai South Properties DWC-LLC plans to develop the France pavilion, a part of the Dubai Expo 2020 site in Dubai South, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project aims to embody Dubai’s overall mission to spur innovation, opportunity, and connectivity. The project will include the construction of a pavilion measuring 55 m in width , 20 m in height and 63 m in depth spread over a land area of 4,200 sq.m with built up area of 5100 sq.m. including exhibition space, business and VIP lounges, restaurants, shops, and other related facilities. The pavilion includes 1800 sq m of external facade and 2700 sq m external facade covered with photovoltaic panels and 1160 sq m French-style garden structured in four squares Rice Perry Ellis & Partners is the engineering consultant, Atelier Perez Prado and Celnikier & Grabli Architectes are the design architects consultants.
