Background

Diamond Developers Company Limited '[12496279] plans to develop Dubai Sustainable City, a community development in Dubailand, Dubai, UAE. The project aims at developing the first fully sustainable community in Dubai. The city will be powered by 55,740 sq.m of solar panels. This is the second phase of the project that will be developed in two phases. This second phase will spread over 10,220 sq.m land area and have 6,500 sq.m built up area and will include the construction of a 4 star Eco-resort (which includes School, 143 bungalows) a Juma Mosque, as well as an Engineering and Research facility and a 10,000 sq.m 'Green School’ from Kindergarten to Grade 6 made up of G + 2 (3 floors ), country club and equestrian center. Indigo Hotel with 170 rooms Stringa is the master plan consultant for phase 1, Baharash ArchitectureBaharash Architecture'[12568557] is the infrastructure design consultant.
