The project covers the construction of a mixed-use development spreading over a land area of 22,700,000 sq. m. The project will be developed in 3 phases. The current profile includes the Phase 1. Mott MacDonald Limited - Abu Dhabi is the design consultant and Hyder Consulting Middle East Limited - Abu Dhabi is the design and supervision consultant.
