Beta Greens Compound and Mall Project

Beta Egypt for Urban Development plans to build Beta Greens Compound and Mall in Al Khalifa wal Moqattam, Cairo, Egypt. The project covers the construction of a compound and a 5,000 sq.m mall over an 84,000 sq.m land area including 35 buildings and 850 residential units developed over 3 phases: phase 1 covers the construction of 200 residential units and 8 buildings, phase 2 10 buildings and a mall, phase 3 9 buildings.
