Al Naseem comprises 4 villa types, namely Duha El Nasayem, Sabaah El Nasayem, Aseel El Nasayem and Layl El Nasayem which are all made up of 3 storeys. The Duha El-Nasayem villa model comes in 385 sq.m of total built-up area, which is the largest type among the models, while Sabaah El Nasayem villas have a built-up area of 377 sq.m each and the Aseel El Nasayem villas come in 349 sq.m each. The fourth villa type, Layl El Nasayem has a total built-up area of 312 sq.m.
