Mostaganem Tramway Project

Entreprise Metro d'Alger' (EMA) plans to develop a 14 km long tram line with 24 stations in Mostaganem, Algeria. The project covers the construction of tramway 2 KM including 4 stations, line 1 will transport 3300 passengers/h/way, running from Salamandre to the University of Kharouba and pass through Mostaganem before running into the town of De Tijid. The project covers the construction of tramway 12.2 Km including 21 stations line 2 will transport 5000 passengers/hour, 10 parking lots, 6 bus-streetcar transfer points and linking the old railway station located at "Benyahia Belkacem, downtown. The Consortium Of TransurbEgis Rail - AlgerieYuksel Proje AlgerieAssociation of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects' is the design supervision consultant.
