SEDCO Development Company plans to construct Al Nawras Development in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. the project will be split into 2 phases. phase 1 will include Al Nawras Mall consisting of a 26,000 built-up area, 4 floors mall. phase 2 will consist of twin towers. the first tower will include a 76 floors 7-star hotel + residence. the second tower will include a vertical compound compromising of 52 floors. Engineering Consultants Group is the master plan consultant.
