Fujian Nan'an Funeng Wind Power Co Ltd' was teamed up to build, own, operate the project of 'Nan'an Yangping Wind Power Farm' on Yangping Village, Xiangyang Countryside, Nan'an City, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China. The Investigation research consultancy was 'Fujian Provincial Investigation Design & Research of Water Conservancy & Hydropower'. The project involved the construction of a wind power plant with the total installed capacity of 20 MW. It would also expected to include the booster station project in it. There would be several packages and contracts in the project: (1) Wind power generation turbines (2) Power booster substation (3) Transmission line (4) Ancillary infrastructure work After the project was put into operation, it was supposed to save 130,000 tons of standard coal per year, reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by about 115.1 tons, carbon dioxide emissions by about 23,000 tons, nitrogen oxide emissions by about 100.7 tons, smoke and dust by about 75.9 tons, and ash and slag by about 0.6 million tons. It can also save water of 167,000 cubic meters.
