Background

China-Singapore (Chongqing) Multi-modal Logistics Development Co Ltd plans to develop the 'China-Singapore (Chongqing) Multi-modal Distribution and Connectivity Center' in Chongqing, China. The project covers about 346667 square kilometers, with a total investment of about 1.5 billion Chinese Yuan. It planned to construct a multi-modal logistics demonstration operation area and related supporting functional area, and the international multi-modal transport logistics hub will be built. by integrating water transportation, railway transportation, airway transportation and road transportation. The project aims to effectively enhance the radiation and aggregation function of Chongqing in the western part of China, improve the interoperability of internal and external interconnection, increase logistics efficiency and decrease logistics cost.
