Dubai, United Arab Emirates: In a major boost to an already highly successful annual conference, the prestigious Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) will organize the technical programme at GOTECH 2019, now acknowledged as a premier oil and gas technology showcase in the region.

Held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Minister of Finance of UAE, Chairman of Dragon Oil, GOTECH 2019 will be held at Dubai World Trade Center October 21-23, 2019.

“This association with SPE is a testament to the fact that GOTECH is gaining both regional and international recognition as a hub for presenting, discussing and reviewing some of the latest advances in technologies and R&D, which will serve and benefit the oil and gas industry across the board,” said AlHashmi.

Also for the first time, GOTECH 2019 will operate a Center of Excellence to encourage and present interesting and challenging topics that are in making and will benefit the industry.
