Crowning Raya Customer Experience’s (RCX) exceptional efforts in the BPO industry, Contact Center World (CCW) - the Global Association for Contact Center and Customer Engagement Best Practices has awarded RCX with five awards at the 16th Annual EMEA awards. The event was organized by CCW, the world’s largest contact center and customer engagement association.

In the individual categories, RCX won a gold award for Best Contact Center Operational Manager presented by Nessma Ali. It also won a silver award for Best Quality Auditor presented by Yasmine Sabbour.

RCX was awarded in two corporate categories, which were Best in Customer Service and Best Home/Remote Agent Program, presented by Maggi Dewedar, Director of Support Functions.

RCX also won the coveted Dream Team Award. It was 1 of only 4 winners out of the hundreds of entries. The Dream Team Award is given to organizations that have 2 team member finalists and invest in training, education and career plans for their staff.

The Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers Awards is a global awards program devoted to the contact center and customer experience industry. Over 1,600 entries by organizations and individuals from 80+ nations, competing in 40+ award categories, were submitted in the competition this year.

“We are pleased with these impressive awards granted by one of the largest and most prestigious awards program in our industry. It is a great recognition that further motivates us to continue improving,” said Ahmed Refky, the CEO of RCX. “As a BPO industry leader on a customer experience (CX) transformational journey, these CCW awards are a fruition of our efforts towards excellence and global expansion,” he added.

This follows last month’s news of RCX being named an Aspirant in Everest Group’s 2021 EMEA Customer Experience Management (CXM) PEAK Matrix® Assessment. The PEAK Matrix assessment measures service and technology providers’ overall capabilities and the impact they create in the market. RCX had entered for the first time validating its growth in the EMEA region and globally.
