Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: According to Accenture's Middle East Innovation Maturity Index report, only 7% of Middle East firms are tapping into the USD575 billion worth of opportunity that comes with innovative digital technology.

Marketing teams are playing an essential role in building a link between the brand and consumer, and need to stay ahead of the marketing innovation game. Given the speed of digital transformation, regional companies are looking to invest in services and solutions that will pivot them ahead of the competition and make them a global brand.

Focusing on these initiatives, and aspiring towards supporting Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman’s Vision 2030, the Marketing Innovation Forum (conceptualised by MarTech Vibe Middle East) will delve into how Marketing Technology (MarTech) is transforming the marketers' role and the need for department heads to converge innovation and creativity by applying tech-forward strategies to have a competitive edge.

Scheduled on the 6th to 7th April 2020 at hotel VOCO in Riyadh, the first day will span topics covering the importance of omnichannel marketing; building tech-driven marketing teams; practical applications of digital marketing; the impact of social media analytics; and strategies to create a sophisticated MarTech stack. A key feature on the day will include the Grand CMO Panel discussion that will look into the evolution of the CMO's role with confirmed panellists including Rami Zahran (Group CMO, Saudi German Hospitals), Nicole Duemens (CMO & MD, Alyasra Fashion) and Runaas Deheem (CMO  Emaar – The Economic City)

The second day of the forum will focus on personalisation, improving customer lifecycle and loyalty, unifying customer experience across marketing platforms, shifting towards data-driven marketing strategies, the importance and applications of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and the impact of immersive technologies like VR and AR for regional brands. Experts from Saudi brands such as Mohammed Abuazzah (SAGIA), Omar Rebhan (HungerStation), Pete Lysak (Flyadeal) and Safwan Al-Sulaimani are among those confirmed to speak at the forum.

MarTech Vibe Middle East (Middle East's first and only online Marketing Technology News Platform) will also launch the Marketing Leader Awards initiative. The Awards will recognise the contribution of Saudi Brands across disciplines (CX, omnichannel marketing, mobile marketing, loyalty, etc.) and industry (BFSI, Ecommerce, Telecom, Retail, FMCG) to to the regional marketing eco-system. Category for individual awards includes CMO of the year and for a rising local MarTech Leader.

Lending their support to the forum are leading tech providers such as Zoho (leading technology company that offers an integrated marketing suite) and MMP (leading premium global programmatic marketplace offering ad-tech solutions).

Registration for the conference and nominations for the awards are now live. For more information, log on to www.mif.martechvibe.com
