• Programmes from Reach, Tamkeen, Qodwa and Aramco in the spotlight

Manama:  Mentorship Forum Middle East (MFME) today announced it will host a second workshop, ahead of its upcoming Annual Forum, the second edition of which focuses on “Prioritising Mentorship in a New World”.

The Forum is set to be held in November 2021 as a hybrid event and the second workshop set to take place, also as a hybrid event with complementary online registration, on October 14, 2021. It has been designed to help organisation’s leverage the power of mentorship to support and accelerate their talent development especially in light of the ongoing challenges created by the pandemic and the new working conditions and norms that have had to be adopted.

Being held under the theme Creating Powerful Mentorship Partnerships & Engagement”, the workshop will focus on presenting and discussing successful mentorship programmes that have been in place and running in the region for three or more years with programmes from Reach, Tamkeen, Qodwa and Saudi Aramco set to be highlighted and explored.   

Taking part in the panel-style sessions are leading HR and mentorship experts. They include Dr. Ali Al-Moulani, President of CFA Society Bahrain, Ms. Pamela Chikhani, General Manager at Secure Parking UAE and Co-Founder at Reach Mentoring, Sabeeka Engineer, Business Mentorship Coordinator at Tamkeen and Ms. Karina Chapa, Mentorship Program Manager Diversity & Inclusion Division, at Saudi Aramco. The event will be moderated by Mohanna Al Sulaiti, Founder of Majlis App.
