Intercoil plans to go Global with appointment of new Chief Strategy Officer

Intercoil International announces with pleasure the joining of Mr. Selim Bassoul as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

Bassoul, 64, joins Intercoil from his former role as President, CEO and Chairman of The Middleby Corporation (MIDD), a leading designer and manufacturer of food service and processing equipment.  During his tenure, Middleby grew its revenue from $100 million to $2.7 billion and EBITDA from $12 million to $535 million, creating significant value for shareholders.  Currently he serves as Director & Non-executive Chairman at Diversey Holdings Ltd. (DSEY) and as Chairman of the board of Six Flags Corporation (SIX). He also serves on the board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University’ Illinois, USA, with his previous board positions including Confluence Outdoor, Piper Aircraft, Inc. and Clipper Corporation. He also co-founded the Bassoul Dignity Foundation, a leading NGO around the world, that provides Reliefs & Scholarships for refugees around the world.
