Gary Reader will lead efforts to drive department to new growth

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and waste management solutions in the GCC, has announced the recent appointment of Gary Reader as the Executive Director of Facility Management. He will providenew strategic directions to the rapidly expanding department and lead the FM team through his experience and expertise to deliver high standards of service to clients. In his newpost, Reader will plan, direct and monitor the activities and operations of the FM division and coordinate assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies.

Reader brings with him over 27 years of experience in increasing efficiencies in systems, procedures and analytics in the course of managing exclusive properties. Prior to joining Imdaad, Reader was working with Dutco Balfour Beatty's (BK Gulf, Middle East) FM Division since 2007, initially joining as a Senior MEP Manager before rising to the position of General Manager of the FM Division.

Reader holds a numbers of professional qualifications, including a JIB Diploma and an ONC Degree in Building Services. He has also completed several management courses with Lloyds Training, ECA and CITB Management of Health and Safety Welfare.

The company acquires eco-friendly equipment and prioritizes sustainability across all its operations.
