Adil started his career in early 2001 in Morocco before he moved to the United States of America and joined companies in the likes of Walt Disney World in Florida and ABC news affiliate in Connecticut, in addition to other private companies in Marketing and Sales industries.

Prior to Kempinski Hotel Muscat, Adil joined Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa in 2014 where he was responsible for developing the leisure segment and Group Series business. In 2016, he joined Grand Millennium Muscat & Millennium Executive Apartments as a Cluster Sales Manager where he focused on the GCC leisure market.

An Omani national, Adil holds a degree in Hospitality Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Media Arts and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the United States of America. Adil speaks fluent English and French, in addition to his mother tongue Arabic.
