Abu Dhabi, UAE: Agthia Group PJSC, one of the region’s leading food and beverages companies, today announced, Ammar Al Ghoul has joined the Group as the new Chief Finance Officer.

In his new role, Al Ghoul will be responsible for strategically managing and planning the finances of the organization. Prior to this, Al Ghoul was the Group CFO of MS Pharma Group in Jordan, where he was leading the group finance function extended to driving both organic and non-organic growth for the group across the MENA and EU regions.

Al Ghoul brings over 20 years of experience with solid track record in building strong finance functions and teams, equity raising, treasury management, and M&A in a growth environment, in addition to investment management strategy, IPO advisory and external auditing.

Prior to joining Agthia, Al Ghoul held senior management positions across various entities in the GCC including, Al Fozan Holding Company as a CFO and Deloitte & Touche ME where his last position was Audit Principle.

Al Ghoul also served on various boards and audit committees for number of private and publicly listed companies including Arnon Plastic Industries Company, Extra and Bawan.

Al Ghoul holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Jordan, an MBA from London Business School in the UK and he is a CPA from the State Board Colorado.
