ArabFinance: Sidi Krier Petrochemicals incurred a net loss of EGP 31 million for Quarter one (Q1) of 2020, against posting a net profit of EGP 193 million in Q1 2019, according to the company's disclosure financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.(SKPC)

The company's ordinary general assembly approved the distribution of cash dividends of EGP 0.30 per share for 2019.

Established in 1997 and listed in 2005, Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals, commonly known as SIDPEC, operates within the materials sector focusing on commodity chemicals. It has subsidiaries operating across Egypt, working on textiles and oil and gas refining.
