Riyadh – Mubasher: The net losses of Saudi Cable Company (SCC) fell by 9.49% during the second quarter (Q2) of 2020 to stand at SAR 16.58 million, compared with SAR 18.32 million in the corresponding quarter in the previous year.

The drop in interim losses was helped by higher sales volumes and improved profit margins, coupled with lower expenses and other income, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

Revenue soared by 60.28% in the April-June period, reaching SAR 145.18 million from SAR 90.58 million in the prior-year period.

During the first half (H1) of 2020, the losses deepened by 18.6% yearly to reach SAR 59.8 million.
